This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in the Deep Talk. Eco & psy mobile application.

 

1. Data Collection and Usage

Deep Talk. Eco & psy is primarily a local-only application. We do not require user registration and do not collect or store your session content, communication history, notes, PIN codes, or profile data on our servers. This information remains on your device.

Limited technical, advertising, purchase, or subscription-related data may be processed by the third-party services described below to provide ads, purchases, subscription access, and app functionality.

 

2. Third-Party Services (Advertising)

To provide advertisements, we use Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use certain data (such as advertising IDs) to show relevant ads and analyze performance. This data collection is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. You can find more information here: Google Privacy & Terms.

 

3. Payments and Subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Billing, depending on the platform where the purchase is made. We do not receive, process, or store your payment card details, billing address, or other payment information.

We use RevenueCat to manage purchases, subscriptions, free trial eligibility, subscription status, restore purchases, and Premium access. RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, product identifiers, store transaction information, subscription status, device/app identifiers, and an anonymous app user ID where applicable. This information is used only to provide and restore Premium access.

4. Age Restriction

Deep Talk. Eco & psy is intended for an adult audience. Due to the nature of the content, the application is strictly restricted to users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under this age.
