These Terms of Use («Terms») apply to your use of the Deep Talk. Eco & psy mobile application («App»). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App Provides

Deep Talk. Eco & psy provides conversation prompts, self-reflection questions, session history, bookmarks, notes, session results, and related tools for personal reflection and communication.

The App is intended for entertainment, self-reflection, and communication support only. It does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

3. No Medical or Therapy Advice

The App is not a substitute for professional care, diagnosis, therapy, counseling, or treatment. You should not rely on the App as a source of medical or mental health advice.

If you are experiencing a crisis, feel unsafe, or may harm yourself or another person, stop using the App and contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

4. Age Restriction

The App is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the App and for the conversations you choose to have. Some questions may be personal, intimate, or emotionally sensitive. Use the App with care, consent, and respect for other people’s boundaries.

You agree not to use the App for unlawful, abusive, harmful, coercive, or non-consensual purposes.

6. Local Data, PIN, and Privacy

The App may allow you to save session history, notes, bookmarks, profile settings, and PIN protection on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

PIN protection is an in-app privacy feature and does not replace your device passcode, operating system security, backups, or other security measures.

7. Ads and Premium

The free version of the App may show advertisements. Premium access may remove ads or unlock ad-free use, depending on the offer shown in the App.

Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising services, such as Google AdMob. Advertising and related data processing are described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Purchases

Premium may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription, such as a monthly or annual plan. Available plans, prices, trial availability, subscription duration, and renewal terms are shown in the App before purchase confirmation.

If a free trial is offered and you are eligible, your subscription will begin with the free trial period shown in the App. After the trial ends, the subscription will automatically renew at the price shown before purchase unless you cancel before the trial or current billing period ends.

Free trial eligibility is determined by the relevant app store and may be available only once per subscription group or account. If you are not eligible for a free trial, the app store may charge you immediately after purchase confirmation.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Billing, depending on where you purchased the subscription. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

9. Restore Purchases

If supported by your platform, you may restore previous purchases in the App. Restoring purchases depends on the app store account used for the original purchase and the subscription status reported by the store or purchase provider.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, question sets, features, graphics, branding, and other content, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its content except where permitted by applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services, including Apple App Store, Google Play Billing, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, Firebase, or other services needed for purchases, subscriptions, ads, analytics, app stability, or platform functionality. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided «as is» and «as available». We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for your specific needs, or available at all times.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

15. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a custom EULA applies:
